Step 1 — Enter Case (Intake View)

Step 2 — Review Pricing & Strategy
1. Click Pricing + Strategy View
2. Review:
5. If everything looks correct:
Set Report Status = Strategy Reviewed
2. Review:
- Client Price
- Case Exposure Score
- Exposure Band
- Strategic Positioning
- Deposition Strategy
- Does the price look reasonable?
- Does the exposure score make sense?
- Does the language read clearly?
5. If everything looks correct:
Set Report Status = Strategy Reviewed
Step 3 — Approve for Export
1. Confirm all information is correct
2. Confirm the report reads clearly
3. Check:
Ready for Export

Step 4 — Generate Report (PDF)
1. Open Page Designer
2. Select the correct case (top dropdown)
3. Click:
Print
4. Save as:
PDF

Step 5 — Send Report
1. Email the PDF to the attorney
2. Use the standard email template

- Set Report Status = Sent to Attorney
- Enter today’s date in Report Sent Date
